I don't know about you but I have mistakenly read the top part of the screen on a number of occasions and seen the choices (sorry, I don't have an image to show you because their app doesn't allow screen shots, presumably to protect us? From WHAT? A picture shot of our own balance?)

The scheme here is to get us to accidentally hit that instant transfer button at the bottom, which if and when we do, it does NOT ask for a confirmation or an Are You Sure sort of safety step. No. It transfers it instantly or within a few minutes, but there's no turning back. It's done, and the screen comes back with a BIG FAT GREEN background bold WHITE checkmark and a Rounded Button announcing DONE!!!!!!
